Join us for our Home Meat Processing Series!
Fresh Sausage November 6th @ 5:30 pm - No Fee
Learn the step-by-step process of making fresh sausage at home. Topics covered include seasoning, mixing, and preparing sausage for cooking or freezing.
Jerky- November 13th @ 5:30 pm- No Fee
Discover how to prepare jerky strips and snack sticks from start to finish. Participants will explore techniques for marinating, drying, and safely preserving jerky.
Summer Sausage November 20th @5:30pm - $15 Fee
Dive into the art of making summer sausage. Each participant will prepare and season their own batch, taking home 2-3 rolls after smoking.
